The Power of Reconnecting
It’s been a minute, hasn’t it?!
I’m not normally one to write a post of this nature, but I thought it was important to quickly catch you up on a few things, so that we can dive back into a steady groove of inspiration.
Like for so many of you, these last few months have been tough. Real tough.
Probably tougher than anything we all have experienced before. I am right there with you.
Between navigating life without child care, while also running a business, moving my little family across country to be closer to our immediate family members, leaving my beloved NY after 21 years and now settling into our new home, the last 6 months have been a doozy.
Also like you, I have experienced such a wide range of emotions as I navigate what is truly important in my life.
While I have cried many tears and felt despair, anxiety and frustration, there have also been so many beautiful silver linings of this time. There are days my heart wants to explode out of my chest for the gratitude I feel.
And also, the truth is, I am still sorting through it all.
I’m deciding where to place my attention as we round to the bend of 2020 and into 2021 so that I can be the best version of myself for you, my family and of course, for me!
If there is one that I know for sure, as Oprah says :
