Born and raised in Chicago, I moved to NYC after college to dance and act professionally. What started as my side passion project during those early years of pounding the pavement, turned into a global, multi-platform business that has touched tens of thousands of people in over 155 countries.
With certifications in life coaching, nutrition, meditation and various fitness specialties, I’ve spent over 15 years developing a unique method that blends movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.
My mission? Help people like you dream big, take action, and step into an energized, accepting, confident, and inspired version of yourself.
My journey started when my mom was diagnosed with ovarian cancer during my freshman year of college. That experience completely reshaped how I see life. It taught me just how powerful self-awareness can be, how much our responses shape our lives, and that movement has this incredible ability to help us heal—emotionally and physically.
These lessons are at the heart of everything I do, and they guide how I show up to support you today.
I’ve had the honor of creating programs for New York Times Best Selling authors Kris Carr and Jessica Ortner of The Tapping Solution, The Gabriel Method and Marci Shimoff's community, as well as several corporate entities. My book, published by Hay House was a best seller upon release. Over 70,000 people have joined my online community, and I’ve led transformative retreats at the esteemed Omega Institute.
