A Show, A Site, Amazing!
I have two wonderful things to share with you. Both have been in the works for some time. And today is the DAY!
First, the new digital home for ErinStutland.com is officially live!!
Over at the team headquarters, we have been wanting to update, modernize and simplify your experience when you come visit us.
We also wanted to build something that will be home for all the wonderful things myself and my team plan to create in the coming months and years.
So at last… it’s ready for viewing!
Of course, there will be things we are still tweaking and fixing, so bear with us as we fully integrate.
But really, she is a beaut and I love it!
The second thing is, you may remember that I took about 4 months off this summer to work on a new television show.
Well, our first episode will be airing THIS TUESDAY, JAN 17th at 8pm on Z Living.
Altar’d, (the name of the show is SOOO good!) follows 6 couples who are looking to not only transform their bodies, but more importantly adopt healthy lifestyles and habits before they come together for the most important day of their lives, their wedding.
What I love most about this show (and am most proud of) is that if you know me, you know that I don’t believe it takes going to extremes to get a body and a life you love.
You know I don’t believe in restrictive diets, or punishing yourself with workouts you hate.
You know I believe that movement in your body creates movement in your life and that all good things flow out of a deep self-love.
These are all principles I, along with my wonderful co-host Chris, got to impart on the show. You will see that these couples, while separated from one another before their big day, are living their normal lives.
They are not secluded from their family and friends, they are not working out 6 to 8 hours a day, and they are not given anything to ‘speed’ up their weight loss.
Chris and I gave them tools, educated them, loved up on them so that they could start to implement these tools into their lives.
You may identify with the struggle and challenge of weight loss and transformation as these couples live their regular lives (like going to work, having responsibilities and of course planning a wedding). I think you will be extremely inspired by their passion, dedication and determination throughout the process.
You will likely laugh and you may even cry. Because who doesn’t love a good wedding story.

I hope you will tune in! You can make sure Z Living is available through your cable provider by clicking here.

Over eight years ago I started this little baby business in a small NYC dance studio, with a passion to help people transform their lives. I have come a long way since then!
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey, even in some small way over the course of the years. I promise, we are just getting started!
