Real talk, the last few weeks have been incredibly tough. The painful state of the world mixed with third trimester pregnancy has made for a rough go.

Between feeling like I’m carrying a bowling ball around and not sleeping well through the night, I’m ready for this season of pregnancy to come to a nice, sweet close. #thirdtrimester

It’s safe to say that I haven’t been living my best life. 🥴

Our society puts a lot of pressure on us to always be thriving and living our best lives.

However, there are a few things I have done to help me through what I know is bound to be a challenging season in the coming months and I want to share those tips with you, today.
