How To Master Your Mean Girl

There’s a whole lot of talk lately about how to embrace intuition. I even have a Soul Stroll that helps you tune into and trust your intuition.

But what happens when you’re unclear whether it’s your intuition telling you not to do something or your fear?

And what happens when you don’t feel like you have a direct line of communication to your intuition?

Over the years, I have strengthened my intuition so intensely that it’s almost witchy in the way I can feel into things and get a read on almost any situation.

It’s the one comment I get most from my coaching clients: “Erin, your intuition was spot on. You were right!”

I use it to make business decisions, hiring decisions, money decisions and in just about every area of my life.

I literally let myself be guided by my intuition—and of course I sprinkle in a bit of logic when necessary.

But I also want you to know that even though it’s nearly impossible to hear, follow and trust your intuition. Yes, do this when you have a voice in your head that’s saying mean things TO YOU and ABOUT YOU on a regular basis.

If your inner voice is saying you are not smart enough? Not good enough, tall enough, skinny enough and whatever enough? It will remain nearly impossible for you to live your life tuned into the flow of intuitive power.

It’s imperative that you learn how to master that voice so that you can become your own powerhouse guide in all areas of your life and embrace intuition.

So to help you with your intuition today, I have two really wonderful goodies to share with you.

The first is an interview with my good friend Melissa Ambrosini. She is the author of Mastering Your Mean Girl: The No BS Guide to Becoming Wildly Wealthy, Fabulously Healthy + Bursting with Love.

In our chat, we talk about the difference between intuition and fear, how to strengthen your intuition and most important, how to quiet the voice in your head that is well, not-so-nice—AKA how to master your mean girl!

Melissa is a powerhouse in Australia and has changed the lives of SO many women. She is kind, direct, thoughtful and sassy.

Click here to listen in. I know you will love it.

Don’t forget to tune in and listen to your inner voice, and be sure to keep saying positive, kind things to yourself.

I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week, you gorgeous thing!

Love,
Erin
