Truth be told, there have been times in my life when I was afraid to take a risk. It didn’t matter if it was big or small, but because I was afraid, I just sat back and let Life decide things for me.

Maybe you can relate.

Whether you were timid about making an investment in your business, not knowing if it would pay off, or you were uneasy putting your ideas out there because you didn’t know if they would be received, one thing is certain: feeling less than confident can hold us back.

To a degree this is normal human behavior.

However, when we don’t trust that things will actually work out for us, it becomes easy to say “no” to trying anything new.  

We turn down dates we want to go on, we skip asking for promotions that we truly deserve, and we pass on once in a lifetime adventures.  How sad!

But, how about this. Just for fun, let’s say that you were unable to focus on anything but your success.

Pretend that your mind was incapable of having the thought, “I dunno if I should do this. It could be a disaster. I’ve tried so many times before.”

Instead, what if your mind always (and I mean ALWAYS) went to the thought, “Wow. This could really be great. This could work out. I am calm and in control. I am focused on success.”

And you didn’t just THINK it.  You FELT it, too. 

This, my friend, is the key to gain confidence NOW. Today I have a video for you where I share the POWER that staying focused on success can have in your life.

And, of course, I don’t stop there.

The idea that things are working out for you IS something you can experience on a regular basis.

In the video, I give you mantras and easy movements to use to so you can really start to FEEL these concepts in your body.

You know, it’s one thing for you to ‘get’ these ideas intellectually.

But it’s totally another thing to take these concepts and make them EXPERIENTIAL so that every part of you, every fiber, FEELS that confidence. That’s where the REAL change starts to happen.

And guess what?  You don’t even have to leave your chair to experience it.

    the way you connect movement and mantras always touch me. I have never thought about putting these ideas together and connecting with the feeling. When I circle my hands toward me, I can feel the energy. I am excited to have this tool to use with the thing I am trying to draw into my life right now. I’ll let you know how it goes!

    Shared this with a good friend. I think we are both always focused on everyone else and not ourselves as much as we should be putting aside our goals, and so I loved this! The mantra that also includes body/ hand movement- I’ve always had the habit of talking and having my hands join in, so this suits me perfectly. I look forward to starting the challenge Monday!
