There Is No Wagon To Fall From. Only Life!

Now that I have a little space to reflect, I have to admit, the first month of my son’s life was ROUGH. Recovering from a c-section, hormone fluctuations, engorged boobs, it was not an easy time.

Luckily, I received some game-changing advice about getting through hard times from my sports-loving brother that I wanted to pass on to you.

With a newborn and adjusting to life as a mom of two, I was on the struggle bus until he shared the secret of tackling it quarter by quarter, just like a football game.


Spoiler alert: You don’t need to like sports to get it AND It’s not just about getting through postpartum; this applies to ANY big challenge or goal.  Whether you’re juggling kids, looking to kickstart a new habit, or simply trying to make it through a tough time without losing your mind, this strategy is a game-changer.
