There Is No Wagon To Fall From. Only Life!

Recently Sara sent me the following and I was floored:

I was introduced to you by Jessica Ortner in her 7 week program. I really enjoyed your work. I’m 61 years old, 20 pounds overweight, and I have never enjoyed jogging. Especially after I blew out a disc 12 years ago and had a couple of nasty back surgeries. I have some nerve damage, so my left foot lacks strength and I limp a little.

Jogging was pretty much out of the question.

But one day I was listening to your Soul Stroll playlist and I decided to give it a try. Just for a minute or two. I started jogging. The next thing I knew I was jogging for the full 20 minutes straight.

I downloaded another one and was jogging the entire time — for the full 30 minutes — and I LOVED it!

The music is great, but it’s the mantras that make such a difference for me.

I love having you in my ear encouraging me. The time goes quickly, and I feel energized when I’m finished. Not wiped out, but ENERGIZED! What a concept!

I also added a beginning Yoga class to my schedule. I’ve been doing Pilates on the reformer for years, but with the Yoga and my jogging now I’m walking better than ever.

I felt a shift in how I carry myself, and I’m stronger. I’m happier. Uplifted! And open to more than I’ve ever had before. It’s wonderful!!
