You Have 4 Minutes to Change Your Life

If you know me, you know that the only kind of meditation I talk about regularly is a moving meditation of some kind.

Whether it’s walking, dancing or even moving my hand across the written page, I find my peace through repetitive motion.

Sitting still for long stretches has always been really hard.

Even as a kid, I had an agreement with my teachers that would allow me to stand next to my desk so I could fidget.

So, I admit, I prefer a quick fix when it comes to checking in with my mental state.

And while I don’t feel the need for a perfect meditation pillow, I do find it’s possible to connect with yourself a few times a day, no matter where you are or what your tush is sitting on.

It’s why I am particularly excited about today’s guest.

She is a mother of 5, a TV host, meditation guide, author, speaker, birth doula, fitness and yoga instructor, and popular social media personality.

And she believes that we all have 4 minutes to change our lives.

In this exclusive interview, I sit down with my good friend, Rebekah Borucki. We covered a lot of ground and hit on topics like:

: How to do a 4-minute meditation

: The best ways to ACTUALLY deal with depression and anxiety. HINT: They are not what you think

: What sitting in your car and praying can look like even if you are not spiritual or the least bit religious

: How she MANIFESTED a book deal with her favorite publisher. It’s a great story!
