First! We recommend you DOWNLOAD everything and then transfer/sync the files to whatever ‘on-the-go’ device you use, you will see we have provided STREAMING capabilities as well.

To better understand streaming vs downloading AND/OR to receive help on getting these files to your mobile device, fear not. Help is RIGHT HERE.

ALSO IMPORTANT!! MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING OUR EMAILS!

Sometimes our emails will end up in your spam or junk folder or your promotions tab. So if you see our emails in spam or junk, fish them out and set them as ‘Not Spam’.

And if you have gmail, you can just drag our emails from the Promotions tab into the Primary tab, then click “yes” when it asks if you want to do that for all of our messages.
