BELIEF
STEP 1: WRITE DOWN THESE MANTRAS

I LET GO OF THE OLD. I’M CREATING SOMETHING NEW.
STEP 2: CHOOSE A NEW BELIEF

Do you have a belief that you know is holding you back? Maybe it’s an old way of thinking that doesn’t work for the real, amazing you hidden deep inside. Maybe it’s an old habit of skipping your “me time” because your calendar and life are just so jam-packed, crazy busy.

Write that belief down, so you know what it is.

Then go ahead and turn it into a more EXCITING, EMPOWERING one. I know it might be hard to BELIEVE right now, but that’s ok. We have to start somewhere. Remember, we are simply planting seeds. Imagine who you would become if you really took on this new belief? 

Write down the old, worn-out belief you’re dropping along with the shiny new belief you’ve chosen!

YOUR FOCUS:

This BELIEF workout is all about letting go of the old, so you can make space for something new. That something old is what you just wrote down.

During the workout, imagine that you are planting new seeds for a new way of thinking and seeing the world. This new way is directly aligned with the INTENTION you set yesterday!

HOW ARE YOU DOIN' SO FAR?


You’re not alone if it feels a little (or even a lot) awkward to be saying the mantras out loud while you're working out.  But here’s a little secret for you…

...even if you’re not feeling the words or believing them yet, you’re still reaping the benefit of an extra cardio boost from talking while exercising!

Every day you complete your session, you gain physical and emotional strength. Everyday you say the mantras, they become a part of your internal dialogue.  As your internal dialogue fills with positivity and promise - SO DOES YOUR LIFE!
