Change can be scary, but today let’s reframe the fear and see it as an exciting opportunity to grow. 

You ARE ready for change! How do I know?  
Because you're here!

If you weren’t ready for the change your desire is calling into reality, you wouldn’t be here. We would not have connected. You certainly wouldn’t have made it to Day 5 of this challenge!

YOUR FOCUS:

Discomfort around change stems from the unknown. We know what life feels like now, but we can’t say with certainty how what’s coming next will feel. Allow uncertainty to transform into excited anticipation! 

You’re developing the skill to use your energy - physical energy through movement AND creative energy through mantras - to call in your life your way! 

STEP 3: NURTURE THOUGHTS THAT NURTURE YOU

Congratulations for making it through the Say It, Sweat It, Get It Challenge!

You’re now present to the process of weeding out the garden of the mind so that you’ve got more space and resources for the seeds you’re choosing to grow. Although it was wrapped in the form of a 5 day workout challenge, that was the real gift I hoped to give you. 

I’ll let you in on a secret...the powerful combination of movement and mantras has been the catalyst for creating a life I love!    

Through this alchemical mixture, my health and body have elevated, my perfect man came into my life, my career took off (I’m now the host of a new TV show called Alter’d on which I get to help brides and grooms as they approach their big day!), my connections continue to deepen, and my daily experience of life feels like a gift. 

Don’t let the end of this challenge be the end of your play date with consciously creating a life you love through movement and mantra!  
Stick with it.  

Continue to connect with yourself, with the flow of life and it’s natural ability to support you in manifesting what you desire.
