What do you want? What's your INTENTION this week, this month, this year? Let’s get specific!

If you’re perfectly clear on your vision, write it down. Declaring your intention amplifies its power! 

 

If you’re struggling with your vision, drop all sense of pressure and simply commit to welcoming in a vision that inspires you. Approach this with ease and grace. Your mind is a more powerful tool when you give it space to to come up with solutions and ideas.

Let this be easy! Simply declare what you want for TODAY. When you’re ready, you can move on to the full visioning process in the Shrink Session program that supports you in developing clarity on your life vision so you can use our time together to fast forward to the future you want.

Modify whenever needed or make up your own moves! We are not going for perfection, we are going for DONE!

YOUR FOCUS: 
PUT 100% of your attention on what you want and nothing else.

Give yourself permission to shine AND decide that you are not going to wait until someone tells you it’s YOUR TIME. YOUR TIME IS RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!

If you catch yourself starting to complain, “This is too hard/too easy/the music is too loud/the lighting is not right/ the temperature of the room is too hot/cold etc,” STOP! We are trying to get away from needing everything to be perfect in order to get the most out of life. Perfection is a myth and a distraction! Just go for it!
