STEP 2: WRITE DOWN YOUR INTENTION FOR TODAY
Like yesterday, it’s only 5 minutes!
This is one of my personal favorites, because it is all about INSPIRED ACTION.
YOUR FOCUS:
It’s very easy to get stuck in the pattern of talking or thinking about all the things you want to do in life. And I get it, life can take over, getting in the way of us ‘doing’ what we want to do.
But real CHANGE happens, by literally taking ONE little action at a time. This is not about trying to climb the whole mountain at once. It’s about taking one small step after another.
The other reason I love INSPIRED ACTION, is because I hear people talk about people who have confidence and they think, “Oh, they must be successful because they have so much confidence.”
I actually think the opposite is true. We GAIN confidence from taking actions that SCARE us.
Successful people are just as scared as anyone else, but they don’t let that stop them. It doesn’t mean they don’t get uncomfortable, afraid and want to run away (and I will prove that to you later in this challenge).
But every time you do something that is a little scary, you are now the person who DID it, despite your fear. And your cells get a total kick out of that.
They start to talk to each other differently and say things like, “We did it! Yay us! We are awesome!” And that conversation between you and you could make all the difference in the world in regards to your personal dreams.
