ABOUT THE MOVEMENT

Is that you saying, “But Erin…Mantras? Meditation?

That’s only for the woo.”
Oh goodness…I hear you, loud and clear. It was that exact thought that had me questioning my own confidence in putting the programs in The Movement out in the world more than 10 years ago. Thousands of students later — with dream jobs landed, relationships saved, bodies transformed, babies born, and a whole lotta self-love in between — I can guarantee this is unlike any workout program you’ve tried before. And because of that? You’ll get results you can’t even imagine.

More than 10 years ago, in a tiny studio in NYC amongst close friends, I experimented with the concept of movement, dance, mantra, mindfulness and HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, all rolled into one. We did a ton of creative goal setting, too.

The changes I began to see in myself and my students amazed me. From a dramatic increase in happiness and satisfaction to a significant decrease in self-doubt and anxiety — and a more powerful body (bonus!) — we were hooked.

I’ve now been fortunate to bring this unique blend of fitness and mindfulness to people like you in more than 135 countries around the world through my personal brand and programs, as the best-selling author of Mantras in Motion, and as the award-winning cohost of Z Living’s Altar’d.

It’s not about a moment; it’s a movement. In fact, I believe it’s the future of wellness.

And you, my friend, play an important role. You might think your personal or physical goal is out of reach — but through the power of mindful movement, you’ll learn that no dream is too big when you strengthen and trust the power of your body, mind, and soul.

The best person to help you design the body and life you want is YOU. But here in The Movement, I’ll not only show you how…I’ll be right behind you, empowering you to make it happen.

The Movement is designed for all levels. I show modifications in all the workouts, not to mention our amazing Soul Strolls which are simply about putting one foot in front of the other. Remember, there is always something you can do and we have it for you here!

Yes you can! Try this Gentle Sculpt: Arms + Legs + Core right here.

Your free, 7-day trial gives you unlimited access to the library of workouts, Soul Strolls, meditations, recipes, and more within the membership. And when you stick around? It gives you exclusive access to all new content as we release it each and every month. We don’t hold back, so you don’t have to!

First: We pop the bubbly here at Erin Stutland HQ, say a toast (that probably rhymes) to you, and clink our virtual glasses. Then, we’ll shoot you an email with your unique credentials so you can login and get started immediately.

Banish boredom in your workouts! New content will be added each and every month, both based on what I’m feeling inspired by AND what you’re requesting.

Forget the fancy workout gear (though we’re never opposed to a new pair of yoga pants!). All you need are clothes that are comfy to move in, a yoga mat if you need a softer space to land on, and your favorite device to stream or play from. (We occasionally use weights, but feel free to get creative!)

It takes a lot of courage to jump around a room by yourself saying mantras out loud. I know it can feel a little silly. But each time you do it, you’ll get a little more comfortable — and you may unintentionally empower others around you, as well! #happysideeffects

You know how the saying goes: The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is today. That applies here, too. 🙂  You can join now and get started right away!

We’d venture to say The Movement is unlike any wellness experience you’ve taken part in before. Easy access? Check. Accountability? Check. Consistent content releases that banish boredom? Check. A holistic focus on your mind, body, and soul? Check. Incredible results that keep you coming back for more? Check. Of course, there’s a caveat: We’re doing our part to make whole-body wellness simple for you. But as the beautiful Maya Angelou said, “Nothing will work unless you do.
