But more importantly? You'll start moving past resistance and into a state of ease and flow today. And honestly, we could all use that! (And you can do it in whatever clothes/shoes you are wearing right now! No workout attire required!)

I’ll be sharing daily inspiration on my feed and behind-the-scenes moments in my Insta Stories. Get to know a little bit more about me, and stick around as I help you dive even further into the Experience! 

Step 3: Request to join our private pop-up Facebook group

You didn’t think you were going to do this alone, did you? We will be opening a private pop-up Facebook group for the Experience so that you can feel supported and further inspired. I will be going live throughout the week, register now to make sure you get in as soon as it opens!

Step 4: Don’t miss our emails!
