Part-time, virtual position with flexible hours for a customer support expert with just the right blend of analytical skills, empathy and compassion. As the first touch with many of our customers, you are often the face of the brand and we pride ourselves on providing consistently excellent, wonderful service.
 What you’ll be doing:

- Respond to customers’ questions via email with love, compassion and enthusiasm
  
- Note and analyze trends and repeated questions that may indicate a larger issue

- Resolve payment and billing issues, respond to requests for Erin’s time and promotional requests

- Research solutions to solve customer issues and frustrations

- Monitor social media groups, helping and responding to any issues reported there

- Suggest improvements to our existing processes

Total PLUS if you have previous customer service experience and you have worked with the following:

Google Drive
Facebook Groups
