Combining kickboxing, dance, yoga, positive psychology and meditation, you will shrink your waistline and your thighs, while expanding your expectations of what is possible.
Each month SHRINK SESSION™ has a new focus that allows you to relate what you learn in the workout to your everyday life.

After every class, I offer 30 min of focused group coaching and discussion designed to help you set clear goals that you can take action on right away.
Whether you need help getting more specific with what you want or figuring out a way to get there, I present a variety of tools, mind-shifting strategies and techniques that will help transform your goals into reality.

Long, lean lines are what this hour of pure sweat and intention deliver. A balanced blend of Pilates, yoga flow, and isometric training create perfect form. Slim your thighs, tighten your tush, and tone your arms, while lengthening and strengthening every muscle in your body.
If you are a little shy about tearing up the dance floor or just dying to learn a funky So You Think You Can Dance routine, I offer private, one on one dance training for all levels. If you have been told you have 2 left feet, I promise, we will find the right one. We spend an hour together dancing and learning choreography that makes you feel sexy, sassy and empowered. You will feel like you are 10 years old again dancing in your living room with your best friend. Because dancing should be fun and done with abandonment!
I work with a handful of clients at a private gym in Chelsea, NYC, who are serious about seeing changes in their bodies. I will design programs especially for you that combine high intensity interval training, strength training and flexibility. We work together for an hour at a time and you walk out of the gym sore for the next 3 days til I see you again.
